Priya Anand likely to feature in Vishwaroobham

Priya Anand, who has received rave reviews for her recent release 180, is likely sign Kamal Hassan's prestigious project Vishwaroobham. The actress has been approached to play one of the female lead roles in the upcoming multilingual film.

Reports say that Priya Anand was recently called by Kamal Hassan to give a screen test for Vishwaroobham. Later, she had a short meeting regarding her role and other details about the project. If sources are to be believed, she has sealed the deal.

On the other end, Kamal Hassan is keen to cast Deepika Padukone, who is making her Tamil debut with Rana, to play the main female lead character. Another Bollywood actress Isha Sharavani has also signed to play the key role in the film.

However, the movie is being made with the budget of Rs.100 crore. Kamal Hassan himself has written the story, screenplay and directing the film.
