Priyanka Chopra on Mani Ratnam's wish list for Ponniyin Selvan

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is on Mani Ratnam's wish list for one of the female leads in Ponniyin Selvan. If reports are to be believed, the director is keen to cast her in his upcoming multilingual film.

Reports say that Mani Ratnam wants to rope in to play the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu in Ponniyin Selvan. The director is in initial talks with her to discuss about the project. As the actress is busy with her Bollywood films, their officially formal talks is getting delayed, says a source.

A few reports have claimed that Priyanka Chopra is excited to work with Mani Ratnam and she is planning to meet him soon. However, Vijay, Mahesh Babu, Anushka Shetty and Aarya have been zeroed in on for the key roles in the film.
