Rajinikanth-Aamir Khan join hands for a noble cause

Superstar Rajinikanth, who has recovered from his illness, shared screen space with Shahrukh Khan in recently released film Ra.One. Now, the superstar will be joining hands with yet another actor from the Bollywood. Yes, the Tamil actor is teaming up with Aamir Khan but not for a film rather for a noble cause!

It is well-known that Rajinikanth often comes forward to lend his helping hand for the needy. This time, the superstar has given his approval for the government's (Govt.) promotional activity against malnutrition. Along with Aamir Khan, the Endhiran star will participate in the awareness program.

According to reports, the Govt. has planned an awareness ad campaign. It is an initiative to eradicate the malnutrition and spread awareness about it. Hence, it has approached the most popular stars of the Indian cinema, reports add.

The superstars will participate in the promotional activities, which will be held throughout the country. However, Rajinikanth, who has not done any commercial till date, agreed to do the ads, as it is for the social cause. It may be recalled that the actor had done a similar kind of promotions in the 80s for the eradication of polio.
