By Ramchander

Probably for the first time in the history of Indian cinema, an access card is being issued for the cast and crew of a film. Rajinikanth's Rana gets the honour for introducing the system to protect the movie secrets from leak out.

The makers of the film have decided to issue individual access card to every member of the unit. They want to restrict the general public and the media from accessing details of the film. Sources say that KS Ravikumar is particular about it, as he wants to keep the audience on their toes and guessing.

Rana will be reportedly launched on May 1 at the AVM Studios. A massive set has been erected on the VIII floor of the studios to shoot a duet song with Rajinikanth and Deepika Padukone. The historical movie is jointly produced by Soundarya Rajinikanth and Eros International. Oscar Award winner AR Rahman will score the music for the film and Rathnavelu will handle the camera.
