Rajinikanth regains momentum, ready for Rana

By Ramchander

Rajinikanth seems to have regained his lost momentum. The actor, who has been recouping from kidney transplant, is fit and ready to start his delayed project Rana.

Reports say that Rajinikanth is gearing up to start his much-hyped Rana. The superstar will join the shoots on October 3. However, the actor has to report to the doctors on regular basis and keeping his health status in mind, he has been advised not to work for long hours. It is also said that the actor will also not perform the action sequences on his own.

The Endhiran star has reportedly suggested director KS Ravikumar to slightly change the script. Reports further claim that it is a 45-day-schedule and Deepika Padukone will also join the unit in the second week of October.

Rana is a historical movie, which is jointly produced by Soundarya Rajinikanth and Eros International. Oscar Award winner AR Rahman will score the music for the film and Rathnavelu will handle the camera.
