Will Siruthai create magic in Tamil?

The countdown for the release of Karthi's Siruthai has begun. It has created a lot of curiosity among the audience and trade analysts. They are confident that the movie will create magic in Kollywood. Now, let us analyse the reasons behind their confidence.

Reason 1:
Trade analysts predict that Karthi's all four movies till date have become superhits. So, this movie has generated much hype, which will surely give a good opening at the box-office.

Reason 2:
Karthi is playing dual role of a cop and a thief for the first time. It has doubled the joy of his fans and they are on toes to watch their hero's histrionics on-screen. Adding to that the successful pair Karthi-Tamanna Bhatia of Paiyaa have paired again. Especially, their on-screen chemistry had attracted youths in the earlier film and traders say that it is the bonus point for the film.

Reason 3:
The strongest point is the storyline of the film. Ace director SS Rajamouli, who has given eight consecutive hit movies in a row, had penned the story and directed the film Vikramarkudu in 2006. The movie went to become the highest grosser of the year in Telugu film industry. The tight screenplay with a good mixture of action, sentiment and comedy made the film an instant hit.

The movie was also remade by actor Sudeep in Kannada as Veera Madakari, which had become one of the commercial hits of 2009 in Sandalwood. An analyst, who had seen both the Telugu and Kannada versions, says that the script itself is a big hero and it has the essence to attract mass and class audiences. He predicts that the success will repeat in Tamil version as well.
