It seems movies and controversies are inseparable in Tamil film industry. After Vijay's Kaavalan, now Karthi Siruthai has landed in trouble for using the name of Rocket Raja in the film.

A group of people staged a protest against Siruthai team in front of Karthi's residence in T Nagar, Chennai on Wednesday ( January 12). Nadar community, one of the prominent castes of Tamil Nadu, has objected that Rocket Raja is the name of their leader and using it for a thief's role in the film is an insult to their community. They have also demanded to change the name immediately.

However, the movie is releasing tommorow all across Tamil Nadu. The movie directed by Siva is a remake of Telugu blockbuster movie Vikramarkudu. The movie also features Tamanna Bhatia and Santhanam in the key roles.
