Surya's family invites Jayalalitha for Karthi's marriage

Karthi's marriage preparations are in full swing. His family is fully busy inviting their relatives and friends for his grand wedding. Yesterday, they have invited Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha for the grand wedding, which will be held on July 3 at Codiddia Complex in Coimbatore.

The family headed by Sivakumar with his wife Lakshmi, along with Surya and his wife Jyothika met Jayalalitha at her Poes Garden residence and invited her for Karthi's marriage. The CM has reportedly told them that she could not attend the wedding, as it is held in Coimbatore.

Her busy schedule is forcing her to skip the function. However, Jayalalitha has assured them that she would attend the reception, which is held in Chennai on July 7. Meanwhile, Sivakumar's family has also invited who's who of the Tamil and Telugu film industries.
