Dhayanidhi Alagiri announces Vetrimaran's Vada Chennai

It seems things are falling into place for Vetrimaran's Vada Chennai. After much-delay, the cast and crew of the upcoming Tamil movie has been finalised. Well, Silambarasan, Telugu actor Rana Daggubati and Andrea Jeremiah are starring in the movie.

Producer Dhayanidhi has announced the news on Twitter. He wrote, “Vetrimaran directed Vada Chennai pre-production work is going on. Silambarasan will play the protagonist while Rana Dagubatti plays a special prominent role and Andrea has a pivotal role."

The technical team of Vada Chennai consists of Vetrimaran's favourite musician GV Prakash and Velraj is the cinematographer. The forthcoming project will take off in March 2012.
