Vidyut Jamwal joins Billa 2 cast

Vidyut Jamwal is the latest entry to the Billa 2 cast. The actor, who made his acting debut in Bollywood movie Force, a remake of Kaakha Kaakha, has been signed to play a key role in the forthcoming Tamil movie.

IN Entertainment (INE), part of Hinduja Group – which is producing Billa 2 - has announced that Vidyut Jamwal will be playing the role of a baddie in the upcoming Tamil film.

“Vidyut Jamwal has exceptional talent in the action form in addition to having a tremendous screen presence. A film like Billa 2 with Superstar Ajith Kumar in the lead needs a strong and a worthy opponent and we believe that we have found the right person in Vidyut for this role," said the CEO of In Entertainment, Sunir Kheterpal.

“It is like a dream to be making my debut in the Tamil Film Industry with Ajith Sir. I am delighted to be a part of the Billa Franchise and can"t wait to start work on the Film," Vidyut said.

Billa 2 has already completed two schedule of shooting. The next phase will begin in November third week in Georgia, Eastern Europe. The movie directed by Chakri Toleti also features Parvathy Omanakuttan and Bruna Abdullah in the lead roles. It will hit the screens in April 2012.
