Vijay-Gautham Menon teaming up

Vijay is on a signing spree, as he has started approving many films in succession. After reportedly giving nod to AR Murugadoss' two projects, the Kaavalan star has reportedly okayed ace filmmaker Gautham Menon's next movie.

The filmmaker, who had earlier approached Vijay for his blockbuster Kaakha Kaakha, has recently approached the actor with a script. The actor without any hesitation gave the nod to star in the movie. The project might take-off in mid 2012, as both of them, are busy with at least two projects.

It is well-known that Gautham Menon and Vijay have always wished to work together but due to some reasons, they could not join hands. However, the filmmaker is busy with his Bollywood film Prema Katha and after that project, he will direct Jeeva in his next. He has also plans to make a film with Silambarasan.

On the other end, Vijay has completed Velayudham and busy with Nanban. Soon after that he will start AR Murugadoss directorial Maalai Neram Mazhaithuli.
