Vijay’s Nanban audio launched amidst much fanfare

After Madurai, Vijay opted Coimbatore as a venue for the audio launch of his film. Well, the actor, as expected, was warmly received by the localities and they made the music release function of his forthcoming Nanban a grand event.

On Friday evening, the audio of Nanban was released officially with amidst much fanfare. It is said that around 20,000 audience attended the event and made it a grand success. The lead stars of upcoming Tamil movie Vijay, Jeeva, Srikanth and other dignitaries were present.

Vijay"s father SA Chandrasekhar launched the audio and handed over the first copy to Prabhu. The veteran director-producer praised the whole team and wished them good luck.

Speaking at the occasion, Vijay praised Shankar"s directorial abilities and thanked him for giving him an opportunity to act in his film. Praising his co-stars, the actor said it was a good experience and declared that he has made some good friends in the industry now. The Gilli star thrilled the audience by crooning the song, 'Yeddho unnale…".

Shankar, who has made his first-ever remake of his career, claimed that the moment he saw 3 Idiots, he decided to make the film. The filmmaker claimed Vijay is next to Rajinikanth when it comes to punctuality.
