Ilayathalapathy
Vijay's
entry
to
Bengaluru
was
no
less
than
a
festival
for
his
fans
out
there.
They
welcomed
the
actor,
who
visited
the
capital
city
of
Karnataka
for
the
promotion
of
his
forthcoming
movie
Velayudham,
by
bursting
crackers
and
chanting
his
name
at
Poornima
theatre.
The
Kaavalan
star
was
given
a
feel
of
Tamil
Nadu
in
Bengaluru.
Moved
by
their
affection
and
love,
Vijay
started
off
his
words
by
speaking
Kannada
and
said,
“Ellaru
chennagidira?
(Are
you
all
fine?)."
“I
am
glad
to
be
here
in
Bengaluru
again
and
you
welcome
me
here
in
the
exact
way
I
am
received
in
Tamil
Nadu.
I
have
always
got
good
support
from
audience
here." Vijay
said.
As
he
recalled
his
last
visit
to
Bengaluru
for
his
friend
Shivaraj
Kumar's
100
movie
Jogaya
launch,
the
fans
screamed
at
the
top
of
their
voices
and
cheered
for
both
Tamil
and
Kannada
superstars.
Talking
about
the
film,
“Velayudham
is
close
to
his
heart.
You
might
have
seen
many
films
of
mine
with
a
lot
actions,
good
picturisation
of
songs
etc.
But
the
forthcoming
movie
is
different
because
it
has
a
strong
message
with
all
necessary
commercial
elements."
Vijay,
Genelia
D'Souza
and
Hansika
Motwani
starrer
Velayudham
is
distributed
by

Manju,
a
leading
Kannada
producer.

Raja
