Vijaya Lakshmi files complaint against Seeman

Actress Vijaya Lakshmi has filed a complaint against controversial director Seeman on Wednesday ( June 1). She has alleged that after being in relationship with her for three years, the director is now refusing to marry her.

In her petition, Vijaya Lakshmi claims that they know each other since three years. The actress and the director became close during the filming of Vaazhthugal. The Friends star has reportedly complained that the filmmaker has exploited her and now he is declining to tie the knot.

Reports say that the police have asked her to give her complete statement with supporting documents including photos. She will be soon meeting T Nagar police commissioner, adds a report.

It may be recalled that Vijaya Lakshmi, who was last seen in Tamil film Thambikottai, had attempted to commit suicide in 2006 after she was harassed by an assistant director of a reality show, which was hosted by her.

Later that year, she announced her marriage with a small-time Kannada actor Srujan Lokesh, but their relationship did not last long as they broke up in 2007.
