Vikram's Deiva Thirumagal nominated for Asia Pacific Awards

Vikram's Deiva Thirumagal, which has garnered praises from the audience as well as critics, has become the first Tamil movie to be nominated for Asia Pacific Awards. The function is jointly organized by the Film Federation of India (FFI) and the National Film Development Corporation.

UTV Chief Dhananjayan confirmed by saying that Deiva Thirumagal has been nominated for the prestigious Asia Pacific Awards. The lead actor along with director AL Vijay will attend the function, which is held in November 2011 in Brisbane, Australia.

The movie with its touching content has won the hearts of the audience. Especially, the performance of Vikram as an adult with a maturity of five-year-old and baby Sara's natural acting as his daughter have impressed the wide audience.

Deiva Thirumagal, which was released on July 15, is directed by AL Vijay and produced by M Chintamani. It also features Anushka Shetty, Amala Paul, Santhnam, Nasser and others in the cast.
