Soon
after
the
arrest
of
producer
Singanamala
Ramesh,
Vikram's
Rajapattai
reportedly
landed
in
trouble,
as
the
movie
is
produced
by
the
producer's
sons
Prathish
and
Santhosh.
But
sources
have
now
cleared
that
the
movie
has
not
been
halted
and
the
shooting
of
the
film
is
in
progress
in
Chennai.
Reports
say
that
Singanamala
Ramesh's
arrest
has
not
affected
Rajapattai
and
the
shooting
is
progressing
as
scheduled.
Director
Susindran
is
planning
to
finish
the
filming
in
single
phase,
adds
report.
It
is
also
said
that
the
Telugu
producer
had
anticipated
this
and
hence
he
made
his
sons
as
the
producers
of
the
film.
Last
Friday,
Singanamala
Ramesh,
who
has
been
evading
arrest
for
a
few
months,
was
arrested
at
the
Chennai
Airport
on
charges
of
threatening
to
kill
a
film
financier.
Telugu
film
financier
named
Jayanth
Reddy
had
lodged
a
complaint
against
the
producer
and
Bhanu,
the
alleged
killer
of
Maddelacheruvu
Suri
(the
character
played
by
Surya
in
Rakta
Charitra),
for
blackmailing
and
threatening
him
in
February
2011.
The
controversial
producer
has
also
been
accused
of
cheating
Shalimar
Videos
over
Telugu
movie
Komaram
Puli
video
rights
and
he
is
also
wanted
in
