The
makers
of
Dhanush
starrer
Tamil
film
3
have
joined
Copyright
Labs
to
curb
the
piracy
of
the
movie,
but
several
users
are
still
busy
downloading
the
pirated
version
of
the
movie.
Now,
Harish
from
Copyright
Labs
has
planned
to
move
to
the
Madras
High
Court
to
send
a
legal
notice
to
all
the
offenders.
In
an
interview
to
an
English
daily,
Harish
said
that
his
team
had
previously
sent
out
warnings
against
downloading
to
the
ISP
addresses
and
individual
offenders
and
the
team
is
90%
successful
in
its
attempt.
But
still
there
are
some
users,
who
defied
these
warnings.
They
are
now
going
to
register
contempt
of
court
cases
and
send
orders
to
all
of
them,
the
TOI
quotes
him
as
saying.
The
movie
3
opened
to
a
big
response
at
the
Box
Office
across
the
state
the
last
Friday
and
it
has
done
wonderful
collection.
But
the
producers
of
the
film
were
not
very
happy
with
its
performance
as
it
was
not
up
to
their
exceptions.
They
think
that
piracy
of
the
film
has
badly
affected
its
business.
However,
Harish
said
that
his
team
will
provide
the
technological
support
to
films
that
sign
up
with
the
Copyright
Labs,
the
rest
of
it
is
left
to
the
law.
"With
this
example,
where
we
work
in
tandem
with
the
court,
we
want
to
show
that
it
isn't
easy
for
pirates
to
survive," the
TOI
quotes
him
as
saying.
