Ajith Kumar's cameo in Sridevi's English Vinglish

Ajith Kumar, who was seen in many extended-guest roles before, has done a special appearance in a forthcoming Tamil movie. Well, the Thala will be seen doing the cameo in the forthcoming bilingual movie (Hindi and Tamil) English Vinglish, which is a comeback movie of yesteryear sensational actress Sridevi.

Grapevine has it that Ajith Kumar has shot his portions for the special role recently. It is said that the actor, who is a fan of Sridevi, accepted the offer without a second thought when the offer came his way. He has a powerful role in English Vinglish, add reports. In the Hindi version, Amitabh Bachchan has done the same role.

English Vinglish is directed by Gauri Shinde and produced by R Balki. The movie is expected to hit the screens in September 2012.

However, Ajith Kumar, who has received mixed reviews for his recently released Billa 2, is busy with his next project directed by Vishnuvardhan and produced by AM Rathnam. It features Nayantara, Arya, Tapasee, Suman Ranganathan and others in the cast.
