Alex Pandian fails to beat Vijay's Thuppakki!

To cash in on the buzz of Maattrraan, the makers of Alex Pandian seem to have released the first trailer of Surya's brother Karthi's forthcoming Alex Pandian on October 12.. And, it has been overwhelmingly welcomed by the fans of Paruthiveeran star. However, it has failed to beat the record of the trailer of Vijay starrer Thuppakki, which has set a new record in terms of views on Youtube.

Karthi's Alex Pandian has got a great response for the first trailer. The action-packed scenes in the video-clip have attracted the mass and youths. Adding to that Karthi has done some hair-rising stunts that could be one of the highlights of the film.

In three days, the trailer of Alex Pandian got 238,112 hits on Youtube. Whereas, the trailer of Vijay starrer Thuppakki, which was released two days before the Karthi's flick, crossed one million hits in three days, thereby setting a new record.

However, Thuppakki directed by AR Murugadoss and Alex Pandian directed by Suraj will be released for Diwali.
