Gabriela Bertante to shake a leg with Ajith in Billa 2

Gabriela Bertante is all set to debut in Tamil films with forthcoming movie Billa 2, which is the sequel to Billa. The actress will be seen shaking a leg with actor Ajith Kumar in director Chakri Toleti's movie. She says that she is all excited to work with hit Tamil duo.

Gabriela Bertante says that she had met Chakri during the casting of one of his previous movies and requested him to give her a chance to act in his film. She adds that the director, who had assured to contact her for his next, has kept his word by offering a role in Billa 2. Now, she will be a part of an item song in his next, Billa 2.

The Brazilian model, who has planned to take basic lessons in Tamil, has learned about Ajith's star status and the hype of Billa 2 from her friends. Gabriela Bertante says that she was initially nervous to dance with him, but he made her feel very comfortable on the sets. “Ajith is very professional and he makes his co-stars feel welcome," TOI quotes her as saying.

Gabriela Bertante's item song has been composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and has been shot in Goa and a studio in Mumbai. "It's peppy and fast-paced, and features Ajith, another model and me. I was dressed in lehenga choli, and had to do a lot of jhatak-matak for the song. It will be a very colourful number," TOI quotes her as saying.
