Harris Jayaraj delivers Maatraan master copy to Sony

It was earlier reported that the audio of Maatraan will be launched on August 10 in Singapore. Now, the latest news about the audio of the Surya starrer film is that musician Harris Jayaraj has sent the master copy to Sony Music. The company reportedly acquired the music rights of the film for a whooping Rs. 1.20 crore.

Reports say that the music mixing was done in the US by Harris Jayaraj. After working on the music for quite a long time, the music director handed over the master copy to Sony Music. It must also be noted that Maatraan is the first Tamil movie for which the audio mixing in done in America. The album has five songs and it will be officially launched on August 9 in Singapore.

The movie, directed by KV Anand is a high-voltage action film starring Surya and Kajal Aggarwal. Sachin Khedekar, Ravi Prakash, Thara and Vivek form the rest of the cast. The movie is expected to release in September this year.
