Kamal Hassan applauds Dhanush starrer 3

Kamal Hassan has neither talked nor tried to promote his daughter Shruti Hassan's much-talked 3 through any form during the making of the much-hyped film. The multifaceted actor did not share his opinion when the track, 'Kolaveri di...' went viral a few months ago, even though he knew that it could boost the young film unit. But now, he has finally opened up on the movie by praising the Tamil movie.

Kamal Hassan saw 3 at a special screening earlier today. The 57-year-old had some good words about the lead cast - Dhanush and Shruti Hassan, and applauded the entire team led by Aishwarya Dhanush for making such a wonderful film. His PRO has announced the news on Twitter. He wrote, “Ulaga Nayagan appreciated Shruti,Dhanush & the Entire team of 3..after watching the spl screening..”

3 is releasing worldwide on March 30.
