Karthi set to welcome his first baby

There is a good news for all those Karthi's fans out there. Well, the actor, who tied the knot last year, is all set to welcome a new member to his family. Yes, he is becoming a father soon.

Reports say that Karthi's wife Ranjani is pregnant and the couple is expecting their baby. Sources close to the family have revealed that the family is excited about the news of new arrival and there is a festive atmosphere at home.

It is well-known that Karthi's brother Surya and Jyothika are blessed with two babies - Diya and Dev. However, Karthi married Ranjani Chinnasamy, an English literature graduate, on July 3 at CODISSIA trade fair complex, Coimbatore. Unlike his brother, he opted for the arranged marriage.

Meanwhile, Karthi is gearing up for his next release Alex Pandian, which will hit the screens for Diwali.
