Soundarya Rajinikanth, who has a sound knowledge in graphics, knows how people like to see her 62-year-old father on-screen. Having got an opportunity to direct him with Kochadaiyaan, she is not leaving any stone unturned to generate the curiosity among the audience. By releasing the first look of the multilingual movie, the young filmmaker has shown what she has in mind.

He will also be seen wearing an anklet and a bead-chain around his neck in the poster.

The creative work tells it all about Rajinikanth's role in the film, where he will be enacting the character of an eighth century Pandya king named Kochadaiyan Ranadhiran. The movie also features Sneha, Sarath Kumar, Shobana, Aadhi, Jackie Shroff in the cast. It has AR Rahman's music and Rajiv Menon's cinematography.
