Dhanush-Sruthi
Hassan
starrer
recent
film
3
might
have
failed
to
have
its
cash
register
ringing
at
the
Box
Office.
But
the
song
'Why
This
Kolaveri
Di'
from
the
film
has
continued
to
create
buzz
on
internet.
However,
the
song
is
news
again
for
all
wrong
reason.
According
to
reports,
a
person
named
Mr
Madaswamy,
who
is
a
postal
assistant
at
Peermede
in
Idukki,
has
filed
a
Public
Interest
Litigation
(PIL)
against
the
song
'Kolaveri
Di'
in
the
Kerala
High
Court.
He
has
claimed
that
the
track
is
badly
influencing
the
minds
of
children
and
he
has
sought
a
direction
to
prohibit
the
screenings
of
the
song.
In
his
PIL,
Mr
Madaswamy
has
cited
a
new
study
by
the
America
Psychological
Association
and
stated
that
the
song
'Kolaveri
Di'
has
violent
lyrics
and
it
is
increasing
aggression
related
thoughts
and
emotions.
The
petitioner
further
claimed
that
school
boys
in
Tamil
Nadu
and
Kerala
were
using
the
song
to
tease
the
girls.
Mr
Madaswamy
has
also
condemned
the
Central
Board
for
issuing
for
granting
certification
to
the
makers
of
the
song
without
taking
this
into
consideration.
However,
it
should
seen
what
action
the
Kerala
High
Court
would
take
against
its
bosses.
