Picture Revealed: Vijay plays a cop in Thuppakki

The makers of Thuppakki are now free to publicise the upcoming Vijay starrer movie. As the title issue of the movie has been resolved, the promotional activities are ready to kick-start without any hurdle.

After four months, a poster of Thuppakki has been released. In the paper ad, Vijay will be seen lifting Kajal Aggarwal in his arms. But the interesting part is that the role played by Ilayathalapathy has been revealed, as the actor has sported khaki in the promotional material.

With this poster, it has been now revealed that Vijay has done the role of a police officer again. Meanwhile, the makers of Thuppakki are planning to release the audio of the movie in a grand manner on October 11. It will be launched at Nehru stadium in Chennai.

It may be recalled that Kallathuppakki director Ravi Devan put the movie in trouble by approaching the court in June. He brought an interim injunction restraining makers of Thuppakki from using the title and its logo, as it sounded similar to his movie title. Finally, he compromised with Thuppakki makers and withdrew the case last week.

Thuppakki starring Vijay and Kajal Aggarwal will release for Diwali.
