felt
condolences
on
the
death
of
the
first
superstar
of
Indian
cinema
Rajesh
Khanna.
Shocked
by
the
death,
he
conveyed
his
commiseration
to
the
family
of
the
deceased
actor.
The
actor
said,
"My
heartfelt
condolences
to
the
legend
Mr
Rajesh
Khanna.
I
pray
to
the
Almighty,
may
his
soul
rest
in
peace." Rajinikanth's
daughters
Aishwarya
and
Soundarya
have
also
expressed
their
condolences
on
social
networking
site
Twitter.
The
Pasha
of
passion
Rajesh
Khanna's
death
has
left
India
mourning.
After
being
critically
ill
from
last
few
months,
the
actor,
who
enjoyed
fans
all
across
the
globe,
breathed
his
last
on
Wednesday
(July
18)
at
his
residence
Aashirwad
in
Mumbai.
The
first
superstar
of
Bollywood
is
survived
by
his
wife
Dimple
Kapadia,
daughters
Rinkie
and
Twinkle,
son-in-law
Akshay
Kumar
and
grand
children.
Rajesh
Khanna
entered
films
in
the
year
1966
with
Raaz
but
it
was
released
after
Aakhri
Khat
directed
by
Chetan
Anand.
The
actor,
who
acted
in
163
films,
bagged
three
Filmfare
awards
and
also
delivered
15
consecutive
hit
movies
between
1969
and
1972
including
Aradhana,
Haathi
Mere
Saathi,
Anand
and
Amar
