The
date
has
finally
been
fixed
for
the
release
of
blockbuster
Sivaji,
which
has
been
converted
into
3D
format.
After
pushing
the
release
for
a
few
months,
the
AVM
bosses
have
zeroed
in
on
the
date
12.12.12
which
coincides
with
the
superstar's
birthday.
The
makers
of
the
film
have
announced
the
news
on
Twitter
and
wrote,
"Makkalukku
Kondattam,
Rasigargalukku
Tiruvila-12.12.12
Superstar
Rajni-in
pirandhanal
anru
3D
Sivaji-in
super
release!" The
movie
will
hit
the
screens
at
the
first
phase
in
Tamil
Nadu
alone.
The
film
will
have
a
large
release
in
multiplexes.
However,
around
400
people
worked
in
multiple
shifts
to
convert
the
film
to
3D
and
completed
the
film
in
August
but
the
superstar
asked
the
movie
bosses
to
delay
the
release,
as
he
was
not
keen
on
troubling
the
business
of
Maattrraan
and
Thuppakki
by
competing
with
Sivaji.
Sivaji
is
a
political-thriller
directed
by
Shankar.
It
had
AR
Rahman's
music
and
it
was
produced
by
MS
Guhan-M
Sarvanan.
The
movie
featured
Shriya
Saran
and
Suman
in
the
key
roles.
The
movie
tells
the
story
of
a
NRI,
who
comes
to
India
to
do
something
good
to
the
society.
But
falls
into
the
trap
of
politician's
devised
plan
to
lose
out
all
his
properties.
