Rana
Daggubati's
desire
to
make
debut
in
Tamil
films
has
been
further
delayed
leaving
him
disappointed
but
he
is
confident
of
acting
in
a
film
this
year.
The
actor,
who
opted
out
of
forthcoming
Tamil
movie
Vada
Chennai,
has
opened
up
on
why
he
walked
out
of
the
film.
The
actor
says
that
he
was
disappointed
to
opt
out
of
Vada
Chennai,
as
this
was
his
first
Tamil
film.
Acting
in
the
Kollywood
has
been
his
long
time,
as
he
likes
Tamil
as
much
as
his
mother
tongue.
Rana
Daggubati
adds
that
his
dates
were
the
main
issue.
His
Bollywood
film
Department
and
Telugu
movie
Naa
Ishtam
shoots
got
delayed
and
clashed
with
the
upcoming
Tamil
movie.
Nonetheless,
Rana
Daggubati
confirms
that
he
is
in
discussion
with
Vetrimaran
for
his
next
project.
His
other
movie
with
Selvaraghavan
is
also
expected
to
take
off
in
the
later
part
of
the
year.
Vetrimaran
had
something
other
to
say.
He
Tweeted,
“Rana
has
opted
out
of
Vada
Chennai,
as
he
had
some
issues
with
his
character
sketch."
However,
he
assured
that
they
might
work
together
in
a
different
project
as
he
said,
“We
will
be
working
together
soon."
Vada
Chennai
also
features
Silambarasan
and
Andrea
Jeremiah
in
the
cast.
