By Ramchander

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's love for remake movie continues, as he has reportedly given a nod for yet another remake of successful South movie. The buzz is that the actor will be starring in the Hindi version of Tamil superhit movie Ayan, which starred Surya (Rakta Chatrira fame).

If reports are to be believed, Prabhu Deva, who is a good friend of Salman Khan, will be helming the project. The choreographer-turned-director has got a green signal for the remake from Salman Khan, who had earlier worked with him in Wanted, a remake of Pokkiri starring Vijay. Tips has acquired the Hindi rights, add reports.

Currently, Prabhu Deva is gearing up for the remake of Tamil movie Something Something ... Unnakum Ennakum. He is introducing new face Girish Kumar in this movie and he has roped in Shruti Hassan to enact the female lead, which was played by Trisha Krishnan in the original.

However, Ayan was an action-thriller starring Surya, Tamanna Bhatia and Sivaji Prabhu in the lead roles. It was directed by KV Anand and jointly produced by M Saravanan and MS Guhan.
