Samantha ready to return

Samantha is not very happy even though her recent movie Naan Ee, the Tamil version of Eega, has become a massive hit. Well, the actress is disappointed to have missed out the opportunities to work with maverick filmmakers Mani Ratnam and Shankar due to health issues.

Of late, Samantha seems to be questioned by her fans on Twitter for missing out two back-to-back movies and some even believed that she delayed the progress of her films for the reasons best known to her. She wrote, "I am sorry to burst anyone's bubble, but I did not cause postponement of anyone's films. June and July were (given away as) bulk dates for Mani sir's film.."

However, the good news for Samantha's fans is that the actress, who was suffering from low immunity, has recovered and is ready to start the shooting. She wrote, "Shooting from 20 July. Last three days of talkie portion of Autonagar Surya."

Samantha missed out two films like Mani Ratnam's Kadal and Shankar's I due to the health issues.
