Samantha to romance Vijay?

Samantha seems to be finally making up for missing the movies like Mani Ratnam's Kadal and Shankar's I. Well, the actress, whose movies have done wonders in the recent years, is likely to romance Ilayathalapathy Vijay in the upcoming movie directed by AL Vijay.

The buzz is that AL Vijay, who wanted to cast a Bollywood face as a female lead in his next, is considering Samantha. Though nothing has been confirmed, there are reports which claimed that the director is in talks with the Naan Ee actress.

However, AL Vijay had recently said that he wants an actress, who can give him bulk dates. Many top heroines are busy now and he has not contacted any actress. He further added that the director is busy finalising his technical team and has already roped in GV Prakash Kumar to compose the music and Nirav Shah to handle the camera.

On the other end, Samantha is busy with Gautham Menon's upcoming movie Neethaane En Ponvasantham.
