Shankar to shoot I in 8 cities in China

By Ramchander

What's a Shankar film without rich costumes, colourful sets and famous locations? While we are still clueless about costumes and sets, we have got a piece of information on the locations where his next movie will be shot.

We have recently reported that Shankar's I unit left to China to shoot the important portions of the movie. The latest news is that the film will be shot in eight popular destinations of the Land of Sleeping Giants. As a matter of fact, they will approximately cover 30,000 km. However, the names of the exotic locales have not been revealed.

Shankar and his associates had picked the best spots when they had visited China a few months ago, say reports. Earlier, the director had shot a song for his movie Jeans in China and picturised the Great Wall of China in the Tamil film.

However, his most memorable scenic captures till date are from his superhero movie Endhiran. He had shot some of his songs in famous places Machu Pichu, the protected heritage site in Peru and Lençóis Maranhenses National Park in North-Eastern Brazil. It has to be noted that the movie was credited to be the first Indian movie to be shot in the pre-Columbian Inca site, Machu Pichu.
