Shankar-Vikram's next Therdal?

The buzz has been in the recent times that Shankar and Vikram are joining hands again after blockbuster Anniyan. There were also reports that Deepika Padukone was considered to play the female lead role. Now, the latest to hear about the movie is that the title has been titled Therdal.

If reports are to be believed, Shankar has zeroed in on Therdal, which apparently talks about our electoral system. Like before, the film will deal with the corruption practice in the process. The filmmaker is still busy with the script work.

Shankar has roped in writers SuBa (Suresh and Balakrishnan) to pen the screenplay. Other details are yet to be revealed. Meanwhile, Vikram is busy filming his Thandaavam directed by AL Vijay in London.
