Sun Network introduces four action movie channels

Sun Network, the popular South Indian television network, has introduced four more channels in the prime languages of South India. It has launched four action movie channels like Sun Action in Tamil, Gemini Action in Telugu, Udaya Action in Kannada and Surya Action in Malayalam.

The action channels will be premium channels (Paid service) and commercials-free service. The company's press release stated that by introducing these channels, Sun Network has ventured into the ad-free zone and also to 'action movies' genre.

The existing genres are general entertainment, movies, music, news, kids and comedy. With this development, Sun Network has expanded its bouquet to 29, while it airs 10 channels in Tamil, it has eight in Telugu, seven in Kannada and four in Malayalam.
