What's the role of Suresh Gopi in Shankar's I?

Suresh Gopi, who has acted in Tamil films like Ajith Kumar starrer Dheena and Sarath Kumar's Samasthanam before, is all set to return to Kollywood. The Malayalam actor is making his comeback to Tamil films in Shankar's upcoming movie I starring Vikram and Amy Jackson.

The actor took part in the shoots of I recently. Suresh Gopi has an important role in the movie and if reports are to be believed, he will be seen in the character of a doctor. The first schedule of the movie was held in and around Chennai and it lasted for 41 days.

The film unit has now gone to China to and it is said to be a 45-day schedule. Amy Jackson, Suresh Gopi, Ramkumar Ganeshan, Santhanam with the crew consisting of PC Sreeram, V Srinivas Mohan and others have left to the Land of Sleeping Giants. Vikram will be joining them soon. However, the third phase of the shooting will start in November in Chennai.

However, Oscar Award winner AR Rahman is composing the music. The interesting part of the story is that some of the well-known technicians from Hollywood are working in this project.
