Tamil
film
Thuppakki
is
doing
good
business
at
the
UK
Box
Office.
Even
though
there
are
quite
a
few
other
language
big
films,
the
Vijay
starrer
film
has
managed
to
pull
the
audience
to
the
theatres.
In
fact,
it
is
giving
fight
to
beat
Hindi
movie
Son
of
Sardar
starring
Ajay
Devgn.
Trade
reports
say
that
in
the
first
three
days,
Thuppakki
has
earned
Rs
62.32
lacs,
and
Son
of
Sardar
has
collected
Rs
83.70
lacs
at
the
UK
Box
Office.
On
the
release
day,
the
Vijay
starrer
film,
which
raked
in
£31,459
(approximately
Rs
27.40
lacs)
in
23
locations,
beat
the
Ajay
Devgn
starrer
film
by
a
margin
of
Rs
2.31
lacs.
The
Hindi
movie
made
£31,459
(Rs
25.09
lacs)
in
the
UK
on
the
release
day.
On
the
second
day,
the
collections
of
Son
of
Sardar
witnessed
more
than
60%
increase
in
its
business
on
the
second
day
and
took
its
total
two-day
total
to
Rs
62.28
lacs.
But
the
collection
of
Thuppakki
dipped
on
Wednesday
(November
13),
as
it
added
Rs
21.19

Rs
13.10

(£18,196)
on
Thursday
(November
15)
in
69
and
23
locations,
respectively.
It
has
to
be
noted
that
the
Tamil
film
is
being
screened
in
less
number
of
locations
and
the
per
screen
average
of
Vijay's
film
is
better
than

Meanwhile,

Podaa
Podi
