Muthulakshmi, the wife of late forest brigand Veerappan, saw the upcoming Tamil-Kannada movie Vana Yuddham (Attahasa in Kannada) recently in Chennai. She has given green signal for the release of the movie but demanded some scenes to be chopped.

The buzz says that the makers of Vana Yuddham who were dragged into court by Muthulakshmi accusing that the movie would put their lives in trouble if it shows their family in bad taste, organised a special screening for her. After watching movie, she was okay with the content but asked them to delete some scenes.

Muthulakshmi watched Vana Yuddham, which is directed by AMR Ramesh, with her lawyer and with the representatives of the court. It may be recalled that she had failed to attend the special screening several times earlier. Reports say that now the movie will also be shown to the family of Kannada legendary actor Dr Rajkumar.

The movie tells the story of the slain forest brigand and his adventures. Kishore plays the title role, Arjun Sarja is playing the role of DGP K Vijayakumar, Suresh Oberoi is enacting Raj Kumar role, Vijayalakshmi as Muthulakshmi, the wife of Veerappan, and Laksmi Rai as journalist Vijayata Vashisht.
