It
is
a
disappointing
news
for
all
Vijay's
fans.
Well,
his
upcoming
film
Thuppakki,
which
was
supposed
to
release
on
November
9,
has
been
postponed.
However,
the
film
has
been
delayed
by
just
four
days
and
the
audience
will
get
to
see
the
film
on
the
festival
day
of
Diwali.
On
Monday
(November
5),
the
Telugu
version
of
Thuppakki
was
postponed
to
avoid
clash
with
Nagarjuna's
Damarukam
and
Krishnam
Vande
Jagadgurum.
However,
now
the
Tamil
version
has
also
been
pushed
and
the
advance
booking,
which
was
started,
has
been
stopped
in
many
theatres.
But
the
exact
reason
for
the
delay
is
yet
to
be
revealed.
Meanwhile,
the
overseas
prints
have
been
dispatched
recently
and
the
film
will
now
hit
the
screens
worldwide
on
November
13.
The
film
has
bagged
clean
'U'
certificate
from
the
Regional
Censor
Board.
Thuppakki
features
Vijay,
Kajal
Aggarwal
and
Vidyut
Jamwal
in
the
leads.
The
movie
is
set
in
Mumbai,
and
Ilayathalapathy
plays
the
role
of
an
army
officer.
The
movie
is
produced
by
Kalaipuli
Dhanu.
