Ajith, second best after MGR!

Ajith Kumar is one such Tamil star who has a huge fan following. Not only he is liked by mass, but also he is very popular among class audience. But little less we know that he is the second best after legendary actor MG Ramachandran, popularly known as MGR in terms of fan following in Tamil film industry.

Well, we are not saying it, but senior journalist and actor Cho Ramasamy believes it. MG Ramachandran, who died two decades ago, had the highest fans following during his times. Even today, there are huge fans association working in his name. Like him, Thala too has followers. He claims that Ajith Kumar is very humble and generous, the qualities that make people to love him personally.

Just like a common man, he stands in queue and cast his vote. The underlining point is that he never tries to cash in on his popularity and always remained out of politics. Like other stars, he never used his popularity and love to get political mileage. These reasons make to stand out from the rest.

It has to mentioned here that Ajith Kumar disbanded his fans association a few years ago after some of the office bearers used the organisation to support a political party.
