Amitabh Bachchan Was offered A Role In Rajinikanth's Endhiran!

How many of you know that Amitabh Bachchan was offered a role in Rajinikanth's magnum opus Endhiran? Yes, he was approached by maverick filmmaker Shankar, but the Bollywood star turned down the offer based on Rajini's advise.

Amitabh Bachchan himself has confirmed the news and has said that he was offered a character in Endhiran. It was the role of a villain in the flick. The Bollywood star consulted Rajinikanth about the same, but the Tamil superstar requested him not to accept because Rajini felt that the role would not fit Big B's calibre.

Later, Shankar changed his plans and made Rajinikanth himself to play the role of a baddie in Endhiran. Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan has said that he is willing to act in Tamil films.

According to Amitabh Bachchan, he has been waiting for a good offer from Kollywood for the last 40 years. He wishes to appear in at least one scene in a Kollywood flick. The Megastar hopes that he would act in a Tamil flick someday. He was in Chennai to attend the Centenary functions of Indian Cinema.

However, the actor has acted in other South languages. But he is yet to appear in a Tamil movie. Well, cine goers hope that he would act in a Tamil movie soon.
