Anjali suffers electric shock

Anjali, who is scaling heights with her every new release, sustained an electric shock while shooting for her forthcoming Tamil movie Oor Suttri Puranam near Thiruporur recently.

The actress made her mark in Tamil cinema doing roles that demand both performance and glamour. Much recently her films including Kalakalappu and Engeyum Epodhum took her to greater heights. Even in neighbouring Telugu cinema, she has managed to leave her mark with superhit movie Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu acting alongside the likes of Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu.

Anjali is currently awaiting the release of her next venture Vathikuchi opposite Dhileepan. The movie is produced by AR Murugadoss and Fox Star Studios.

She is currently playing the female lead to actor-director Kalanjiyam in the movie Oor Suttri Puranam. Sadly, she tripped on a live wire on the sets of the movie recently and was literally thrown back. Immediately, she was rushed to caravan and given first aid.

Anjali was later taken to a nearby hospital and given treatment. The shooting for the movie stands cancelled as of now.
