Confirmed: Samantha To Romance Vijay In AR Murugadoss' Movie

Gorgeous Samantha, who has been busy with Telugu projects in the last few years, missed a few Kollywood biggies due to date issues. Now, the actress is all set to make her comeback with a bang with two flicks. Well, it is well-known that she has been confirmed to play the female lead role in Surya's next movie directed by N Lingusamy. Now, she has been roped in for AR Murugadoss' directorial movie starring Illayathalapathy Vijay.

If reports are to be believed, sources close to AR Murugadoss has confirmed that Samantha has given her nod to act in the movie. The actress was offered the movie recently, but the hot and happening girl did not approve straightway because the actress had her hands full. The Naan Ne girl did not want to mess up with her dates. Hence, she took her time to okay the project.

Samantha had earlier faced date issues when she had signed a series of movies. The actress had fallen ill, which created a lots of problems to her. More importantly, she was forced to drop a few biggies. The 26-year-old had signed Mani Ratnam's Kadal and Shankar's mega-budget project Ai, which stars Vikram in the lead role. George C Williams, who has handled the camera in AR Murugadoss produced Raja Rani, will be helming the project.

Samantha's Next Release

Meanwhile, Samantha is gearing up for her big Telugu release Attharintiki Daaredhi, which is releasing tomorrow worldwide. She has paired up with Pawan Kalyan.

Ramayya Vasthavayya, Autonagar Surya, Manam and Rabhasa are her other forthcoming Telugu flicks.
