South
actor
Vikram
had
made
his
debut
in
Bollywood
with
Mani
Ratnam's
Ravan,
the
Hindi
version
of
Tamil
flick
Raavanan.
But
the
film,
which
failed
to
create
magic
at
Box
Office,
gave
him
a
decent
debut.
Since
then,
he
has
been
getting
many
offers
from
the
Hindi
film
industry
but
he
took
his
time
to
select
the
project,
as
he
wanted
to
make
it
big
in
the
B-town.
Now,
he
is
ready
with
his
second
outing
David,
which
is
hitting
screens
on
February
1.
With
the
trailers
and
posters,
Vikram
has
clearly
left
an
impact
not
only
in
the
minds
of
Tamil
audience
but
also
the
Hindi
film
goers.
The
actor
has
worked
hard
on
his
Hindi
speaking
skills
and
director
Bejoy
Nambiar
is
full
of
praise
on
the
Chiyaan.
"Vikram
has
improvised
so
much
on
his
Hindi;
he
has
worked
on
each
and
every
line
of
his.
He
is
an
absolute
delight
to
work
with," the
director
claims.
His
co-star
Jeeva,
who
has
worked
with
him
in
the
Tamil
version
of
David,
said
that
he
is
proud
to
have
teamed
up
with
Vikram,
who
was
encouraging
and
helping
Jeeva
all
throughout
the
film.
David
is
an
action-thriller,
which
stars
Neil
Nitin
Mukesh,
Vinay
Virmani,
Lara
Dutta,
Tabu,
and
Isha
Sharvani
in
the
important
roles.
However,
the
film
will
be
clashing
with
Mani
Ratnam's
Kadal
this
weekend.
