Dhanush, The Box Office King

Dhanush starrer Mariyaan which released on July 19, has started looting the Box Office. The latest buzz says that Dhanush's Bollywood debut Raanjhanaa, which released on June 21 is still active in Box Office collection.

Raanjhanaa is a romantic flick starring Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor, directed by Anand L Rai. Reportedly it is said that the movie has crossed 100 crore, worldwide in the Box Office.

With the two back to back hits of Mariyaan and Raanjhanaa, National award winning actor Dhanush has emerged as Box Office king of the year. With the success of Raanjhanaa, Dhanush has joined the 100 crore club in Bollywood.

To celebrate the success of the movie, Raanjhanaa team is having a grand event in Mumbai today (July 24). After winning Best Actor title in Idea South Filmfare Awards and Mariyaan's success, its Dhanush event again.

Raanjhanaa deals with the story of Muslim girl falling in love with a Hindu Boy, the movie also features Abhay Deol, Swara Bhaskar and Zeeshan Ayub in the lead roles.
