Kochadaiyaan: Rajinikanth's Birthday Treat For Fans

Rajinikanth's much-delayed movie Kochadaiyaan finally seems to be ready to appear before the audience. The date of release of the multilingual movie has been confirmed. Yes, the flick will hit the screens on December 12, on Tamil Superstar's birthday.

Reports say that the makers of the movie have zeroed in on the date as December 12. It will be a birthday treat for the Rajinikanth fans. There were doubts on the movie release date, but sources close the production team have confirmed the same.

The movie bosses have also planned to release a teaser of Kochadaiyaan. It is reported that the video-clipping would hit the internet on October 7. However, a big event is being planned for the release of the audio of the Tamil flick.

The album of Kochadaiyaan will be released in a grand manner during the Diwali function. It will also mark the beginning of the promotional activities of the forthcoming Tamil movie.

Kochadaiyaan will be simultaneously released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Japanese. The movie stars Rajinikanth and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. Bollywood star Jackie Shroff plays the role of a baddie.

Shobana, Sarath Kumar, Aadhi and others are in the supporting cast. It has AR Rahman's music and Rajiv Menon's cinematography.
