Pandiya Nadu Gets Decent Opening At Box Office

Pandiya Nadu, which was the dark horse among the Diwali releases, has emerged as a a winner. The Vishal Krishna starrer Tamil movie has won the hearts of the audience. More importantly, critics have said that this movie is best among the other Diwali releases in terms of the content.

The film was considered as the underdog, as it didn't boost of an A-list star in the movie or there was craze revolving around it. This, possibly, helped Pandiya Nadu to get positive word of mouth. There was not much expectations on the movie even though Vishal Krishna is a settled actor and the movie is directed by critically-acclaimed director Suseenthiran.

Pandiya Nadu also had difficulties in getting screens due to big releases in Ajith Kumar's Arrambam and Karthi's All in All Azhagu Raja. With great difficulties, the Vishal's movie managed to get decent number of screens. But it managed to overcome all the issues and impressed the audience with its content.

The Tamil movie got decent opening on the release day but great reviews from audience and critics! As a result, the collections of Pandiya Nadu saw a little rise next day. The latest reports say that the collections are getting better this week and there are strong chances of becoming a commercial hit.

Pandiya Nadu is produced by Vishal Krishna himself. Lakshmi Menon and Bharathiraja are in the key roles.
