Kamal Hassan had met Steven Spielberg during his last visit to India. The legendary Hollywood filmmaker was in the country in March 2013 for a promotional event of his movie Lincoln and it was held in Mumbai. He had met bigwigs of Indian film industries including South stars like Kamal Hassan, Venkatesh and others. But the pictures of their meeting was not revealed then. Now, it has been released.
The Universal star's PR has released the photos of Kamal Hassan with Steven Spielberg. The Hollywood filmmaker was on a short trip to India to celebrate the success of his English movie Lincoln, a collaboration with Anil Ambani's Reliance Entertainment.
It was a moment of their lifetime for many filmmakers as they got to meet the Hollywood legend for the first time. Many big names from India like Amitabh Bachchan, Karan Johar, Madhur Bhandarkar, Mahesh Bhatt, Raju Hirani, etc., were present at the party. Notable among them was Kamal Hassan, who is all set to enter Hollywood in a movie produced by Lord of the Rings producer Barrie M Osborne, met Steven Spielberg and discussed about movies.

Apart from Kamal Hassan, actors Prakash Raj and Telugu superstar Venkatesh were also spotted by the media. Actors like Anil Kapoor, Kajol, Anushka Sharma, Hema Malini, Ritesh Deshmukh, Sunil Shetty, Boman Irani, Hrithik Roshan, Anupam Kher, Arjun Rampal, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sridevi Kapoor with her husband Boney Kapoor and many others attended the party.

Kamal's Next: Vishwaroopam 2
Meanwhile, Kamal Hassan, who is basking in the success of Vishwaroopam, is working on its sequel Vishwaroopam 2. The film is expected to hit the screens in the second half of the year.
What's Next After Vishwaroopam 2?
Soon after the completion of Vishwaroopam 2, Kamal Hassan will be taking up the Hollywood project with Barrie M Osborne.
