Maverick
director
SS
Rajamouli,
who
became
a
household
name
in
Tamil
films
with
his
last
year
blockbuster
film
Naan
Ee,
the
Tamil
version
of
Eega,
was
reportedly
directing
Kollywood
actor
Prashanth.
It
was
said
that
the
filmmaker
would
be
helming
a
bilingual
film
starring
the
Jeans
actor.
However,
Rajamouli
has
rubbished
the
rumours
and
has
clarified
that
he
is
not
planning
to
team
up
with
the
Tamil
actor
in
future.
SS
Rajamouli
took
Twitter
to
clarify
the
news.
He
wrote,
""News
that
I
am
working
with
Prashanth
after
'Baahubali'
is
false.
Wonder
where
the
rumours
started
from." Meanwhile,
the
director
is
busy
with
his
forthcoming
film
titled
Bahubali
starring
Prabhas
and
Rana
Daggubati.
Apart
from
this
project,
he
has
not
announced
his
other
projects,
as
he
is
fully
occupied
with
this
film.
Meanwhile,
Prashanath,
who
was
seen
in
two
films
like
Ponnar
Shankar
and
Mambattiyan
year,
has
not
signed
any
project
yet.
The
one-time
star
does
not
have
a
single
film
in
his
hand
at
this
stage
and
there
are
talks
that
say
that
Prashanath
himself
is
spreading
these
kinds
of
rumours
to
be
in
the
news.
