Steven Spielberg to meet AR Murugadoss, Prabhu Deva

Hollywood filmmaker Steven Spielberg is on a short trip to India and to celebrate the success of his English movie Lincoln, a collaboration with Anil Ambani's Reliance Entertainment. He met some of the big names of Indian film industries last evening at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Coloba and likely to meet some filmmakers today.

Steven Spielberg along with his wife Kate Capshaw arrived in Mumbai on Monday (March 11) morning. A grand reception was organised to greet them at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Coloba where Bollywood celebrities like Karan Johar, Amitabh Bachchan, Rajkumar Hirani, and many others were present.

The interesting part of the story was our own AR Murugadoss and Dancing Sensation Prabhu Deva have been invited to be part of a masterclass for 61 personalities from Indian cinema in which Steven Spielberg will share tips on filmmaking.

"It can be called masterclass session wherein Spielberg will be imparting knowledge to Indian directors and would be learning from them as well. The list includes the biggest names like Rajkumar Hirani, AR Murugadoss, Anurag Kashyap, Farhan Akhtar, Zoya Akhtar, Abhishek Kapoor, Habib Faisal, Ram Gopal Varma, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Farah Khan," said a source.

Meanwhile, reports say that Steven Spielberg is planning to make a film based on India-Pakistan border issue.
